陕西省丙型肝炎病毒基因型分布特征 被引量:1

Distribution characteristics of hepatitis C virus genotypes in Shaanxi Province

摘要 目的分析陕西省丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)基因型的分布特征,为地区性丙型肝炎的防治提供理论依据。方法选取2017—2018年在陕西省7家市级医院就诊的2 827例HCV患者为研究对象,采用PCR-荧光探针法检测HCV基因型分型,对比不同地区、不同性别患者间的HCV基因型分布情况。结果 2 827例患者中成功分型2 595例;其中以2a型1 241例(43.90%)和1b型1049例(37.11%)为主,其次为3a型181例(6.4%),3b型50例(1.77%);陕西省HCV基因型分布,关中和陕北地区以2a型为主,分别占43.36%和47.99%,而陕南以1b型为主,占52.11%,三个地区的基因型分布比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而陕南与关中、陕北与关中、陕南与陕北之间的基因型分布两两比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);陕西省不同性别患者的HCV基因型分布,男性患者中2a型比例最高(40%),其次是1b型(39%)和3a型(15%);女性患者中,2a型和1b型比例相同(46%),其次是3a型(4%),3a型在不同性别组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论陕西省HCV基因型以2a型和1b型为主,陕北、关中及陕南各地区间HCV基因型分布有所差异,且男性患者中3a型比例更高。 Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of hepatitis C virus(HCV)genotypes in Shaanxi Province,and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of regional hepatitis C.Methods A total of 2827 cases of HCV patients in 7 municipal hospitals of Shaanxi Province from 2017 to 2018 were selected as the research objects.The HCV genotypes were detected by PCR fluorescence probe method,and the distribution of HCV genotypes in different regions and different genders were compared.Results Among the 2827 patients,2595 cases were successfully classified,among which 1241 cases(43.90%)were 2a genotype and 1049 cases(37.11%)were 1b genotype,followed by 181 cases(6.4%)of 3a genotype and 50 cases(1.77%)of 3b genotype;the distribution of HCV genotypes in Guanzhong and Northern Shaanxi was mainly 2a genotype,accounting for 43.36%and 47.99%,while that in southern Shaanxi was mainly 1b genotype,accounting for 52.11%.There were significant differences in the distribution of HCV genotypes between Southern Shaanxi and Guanzhong,Northern Shaanxi and Guanzhong,Southern Shaanxi and Northern Shaanxi(all P<0.05);the proportion of 2a genotype in male patients was the highest(40%),followed by 1b genotype(39%)and 3a genotype(15%);the proportion of 2a genotype and 1b genotype in female patients was the same(46%),followed by 4%of 3a genotype.So,there was significant difference in 3a genotype between female patients and male patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The main HCV genotypes in Shaanxi Province were 2a and 1b.The distribution of HCV genotypes in Northern Shaanxi,Guanzhong and Southern Shaanxi is different,and the proportion of 3a genotype in male patients is higher.
