摘要
以中海油气(泰州)石化有限公司环烷基及石蜡基润滑油高压加氢装置为基础,将特定工艺条件生产的基础油进行构成优化,得到符合润滑脂要求的基础油。分别以该基础油及传统脂用基础油500N为原料制备锂基润滑脂,并进行性能测试及比较。结果表明,该基础油皂化能力强,可以降低皂分成本,同时具有高黏度指数及高芳烃含量的特点,使得以该基础油为原料制备的润滑脂在具有更高溶解能力、胶体安定性及抗氧化性能的同时可以保持更优良的低温特性。
After optimizing the composition of the base oil produced under specific process conditions using the naphthenic and paraffinic lubricating oil high-pressure hydrogenated units of CNOOC( Taizhou) Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,the base oil that meets the requirements of grease was obtained. This base oil and traditional base oil 500 N were respectively used as raw materials to make lithium-based grease,and the performance tests and comparison results showed that the base oil has strong saponification ability,can reduce the cost of soap,and has high viscosity index and aromatic content,which makes the grease made from the base oil have higher solubility,colloidal stability and oxidation resistance while maintaining better low-temperature performance.
