摘要
忆阻器是一个物理上新实现的基础电路元件,论文结合分数阶理论和时滞系统理论,提出了一种基于分数阶时滞的非线性混沌电路。通过理论分析和数值仿真,详细研究了此系统的稳定性和动力学行为,并通过相轨迹、分岔图、Ly⁃apunov指数谱验证了此系统的混沌特性。最后,使用Multisim软件来搭建系统的电路仿真,电路仿真的结果与理论分析和数值仿真完全一致。
The memristor is a fundamentally new circuit component,this paper presents a nonlinear chaotic circuit based on fractional-order and time-delay,which is based on fractional-order theory and time-delay system theory.Through theoretical analy⁃sis and numerical simulation,the stability and dynamic behavior of the system are studied in detail.The chaotic characteristics of the system are verified by phase locus,bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov exponent spectrum.Finally,Multisim software is used to build the circuit simulation of the system.The results of the circuit simulation are consistent with the theoretical analysis and numeri⁃cal simulation.
