摘要
针对卫星导航用户设备的全寿命周期过程中,质量特性论证与评估工作通常基于经验的现状,建立了质量特性与评估总体思路,设计了质量论证及评估仿真软件。可根据保障性分析和历史数据的输入,统计分析出设备一定使用时间范围内的故障、维修、费用和备件消耗等信息,论证出设备评估指标体系中的各个指标参数,并利用评估模型进行评估,进而根据不同等级来进一步研究维修保障策略,实现设备精确化保障。
Aiming at the problem that the quality characteristic argumentation and evaluation are usually based on empirical value in the whole life cycle of satellite navigation user equipment,the overall concept of quality characteristic argumentation and evaluation is constructed and then the simulation process and software is designed.According to the support analysis and historical data,the information of malfunction,repair,cost and consumption of spare parts is analyzed.And then,each parameter in the indicator system of the equipment is proved and evaluated by the evaluation model.The precise support is realized by further research on maintenance support strategy according to evaluation result.
