摘要
该文以天津、上海、深圳三个城市的保障房标准图集为例,针对图集中厨卫部品的尺寸及布局、功能空间的面积及配比、套型单元的拼接与组合等设计要素进行比较研究,解析各图集中标准化设计要素的共性及特点,并结合武汉市保障性住房发展情况提取适合的标准化设计要素和制定标准的建议,为武汉市的保障性住房开展标准化设计研究做出了铺垫。
Taking the three cities of Tianjin,Shanghai,Shenzhen affordable housing standard drawing as an example,we compared and analyzed the design elements such as the size and layout of kitchen and bathroom parts in the atlas,the area and ratio of function space,model unit and combination,and discussed the commonness and characteristics of standardization design elements in each atlas.Combining with the development of Wuhan city’s affordable housing,extracting suitable standardized design elements and formulating recommendations for standards have laid a foreshadowing of standardized design research for Wuhan city’s affordable housing.
