摘要 基于OBE理念,进行了“食品工厂设计”课程教学改革。围绕学生取得的学习成果提出了“食品工厂设计”课程建设基本思路,从构建课程目标、优化理论教学、提高实践能力、完善考评体系等4个方面进行了教学研究。以期提高理论和实践教学效果和质量,为我国新时代工程人才培养和形成世界水平的工程教育体系提供思路及方法。 Based on the concept of OBE(Outcome-based Education),the teaching reform of Food Factory Design course was carried out.Based on the learning results achieved by students,the basic idea of the course construction of Food Factory Design was proposed.The teaching research was conducted in four aspects,namely,constructing curriculum objectives,optimizing theoretical teaching,improving practical ability,and perfecting evaluation system.With a view to improving the effect and quality of theoretical and practical teaching,it provides ideas and methods for the cultivation of engineering talents in our new era and the formation of a world-class engineering education system.
