摘要
目的:观察吴茱萸粉穴位敷贴对妇科围手术期患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年11月至2020年11月宁海县妇幼保健院收治的妇科围手术期患者200例作为研究对象,按护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上于入院后每日自配中药穴位敷贴直至出院。比较2组护理前后的睡眠质量[阿森斯失眠量表(Athens Insomnia Scale,AIS)]及总有效率。结果:护理后观察组的AIS评分显著低于对照组,总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸粉穴位贴敷能显著改善妇科围术期患者的睡眠质量,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint application of Fructus Evodiae powder on sleep quality in patients with gynecological perioperative period.Methods:A total of 200 patients with perioperative period of gynecology from November 2018 to November 2020 in the in Ninghai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects,.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group,on the basis of routine nursing,applied TCM acupoints daily until discharged from hospital.Comparison was made between the two groups of sleep quality(Athens Insomnia Scale,AIS)and total efficiency before and after nursing.Results:The AIS score of the nursing group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of evodia rutaea powder can significantly improve the sleep quality of gynecological patients during perioperative period,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
