摘要
在语文优秀传统文化传承发展团队建设中,我们秉承"立德树人、以文化人"的宗旨,致力打造具有"一个中心、两条路径、三类平台、四位一体"特点的课程教学团队。团队开展建设以来,以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,以能力为本位,以素质为核心,努力提升了学生的语文专业应用能力和人文素养,也有效促进了教师的专业化成长。
In the construction of the team for the inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture,we adhere to the purpose of"cultivating people by virtue,edifying people by culture"and strive to build a teaching team with the characteristics of"one center,two paths,three platforms and four in one".Since we started,with service as the purpose,employment as the orientation,ability as the standard,and quality as the core,we have made great efforts to improve students’ability of applying Chinese to their future career and humanistic qualities,and also effectively promoted the professional growth of teachers.
