摘要
为了掌握全运行负荷范围内机组运行经济性变化规律,依托某超超临界600 MW燃煤机组,研究不同煤种对机组综合运行情况影响程度和特性,并对机组性能试验结果与实际运行状态下机组能耗相符性进行分析研究。结果表明:在全运行负荷范围内,负荷率对热耗率的影响程度远大于其对厂用电率和锅炉热效率的影响程度,锅炉热效率受负荷率影响程度最小,热耗率升高是导致深度调峰状态下机组运行经济性下降的主要因素;在机组深度调峰状态下,试验煤种MZ01不仅在锅炉低负荷稳燃性能和锅炉系统辅机运行安全性方面优于试验煤种MZ03,而且在180 MW试验负荷下,其锅炉热效率偏高1.51%,试验供电煤耗偏低5.2 g/(kW·h);综合考虑动静态情况下锅炉热效率、厂用电率变化及蒸汽吹灰耗能影响,在日平均电负荷为420 MW情况下,实际运行供电煤耗较试验供电煤耗至少偏高1.7 g/(kW·h),这无疑是正反平衡煤耗难以相符的原因之一。
In order to grasp the change rules of operating economy of the unit running within the full load range,on the basis of an ultra-supercritical 600 MW coal-fired unit,this paper studied the degree and characteristics of the influence of different coal types on the unit’s comprehensive operating conditions.Moreover,the consistency of the unit performance test results with the energy consumption in actual operating state was analyzed.The results show that,in the full operating load range,the load rate has a far greater influence on the heat consumption rate than the plant power rate and the boiler thermal efficiency.The load rate affects the boiler thermal efficiency to the least extent.The increase in the heat consumption rate is the main reason for economy decline of the unit under deep peak regulation.In deep peak regulation state,compared with burning test coal MZ03,burning MZ01 not only leads to higher low-load stable combustion performance of the boiler and operating safety of the pulverizing system,but also has a higher boiler thermal efficiency(by 1.51%)and lower coal consumption rate for power supply(by 5.2 g/(kW·h))at 180 MW.Comprehensively considering the thermal efficiency of boiler under dynamic and static conditions,the change in the power consumption rate of the plant and the energy consumption of steam soot blowing,with a daily average electrical load of 420 MW,the actual operating coal consumption is at least 1.7 g/(kW·h)higher than the experimental coal consumption.This is undoubtedly one of the reasons why the positive and negative coal consumption is difficult to match.
