摘要
根据GB/T 8706—2017《钢丝绳术语、标记和分类》,就GB/T 20118—2017《钢丝绳通用技术条件》中相关规定存在商榷处进行分析,涉及三角股钢丝绳与4×V39类钢丝绳标记、6×29F钢丝绳结构归类、单股钢丝绳出现1×7类结构、复合芯与固态聚合物芯单列、同时保证钢丝绳最小破断拉力与钢丝破断拉力总和、钢丝绳参考重量与破断拉力计算公式字母间无连接符号、钢丝绳直径测量结果存在争议、质量证明书中钢丝绳破断拉力与钢丝破断拉力总和及计算破断拉力均为最小值、实测破断拉力与实测钢丝破断拉力总和及计算实测破断拉力测试方法等,以供后续标准修订时参考。
According to GB/T 8706—2017 steel wire ropes,vocabulary,designation and classification,the related stipulation in discussion of GB/T 20118—2017 steel wire ropes for general purposes,such as triangle strand wire rope and 4×V39 type wire rope designation,6×29F wire rope structure classification,single strand wire rope appears 1×7 type structure,composite core and solid polymer core single row,At the same time,the minimum breaking force and total breaking force of wire rope,there is no connecting symbol between reference weight of wire rope and the letters of breaking force calculating formula,wire diameter measurement result is controversial,wire rope breaking force and total wire breaking force and calculating breaking force in quality certificate are minimum value,the stipulations of test method of actual breaking force and measured total wire breaking force and computing measured breaking force,reference for subsequent standard revision.
