聚维酮碘药浴联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗新生儿脓疱疮疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察聚维酮碘药浴与莫匹罗星软膏治疗新生儿脓疱疮的疗效。方法选取2017年4月至2019年5月某医院收治的78例新生儿脓疱疮患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。对照组给予莫匹罗星软膏治疗,观察组采用莫匹罗星软膏联合聚维酮碘治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子、免疫功能指标及不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后降钙素原(PCT)为(0.25±0.06)ng/ml、C-反应蛋白(CRP)为(4.15±0.46)mg/L、IL-6为(7.52±0.40)pg/ml,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD_4^+为(40.26±3.60)%、CD_4^+/CD_8^+为(1.48±0.14)%,均高于对照组,CD_8^+为(28.72±3.63)%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组未出现严重不良反应。结论聚维酮碘药浴联合莫匹罗星软膏外用可有效降低新生儿脓疱疮患儿炎症因子水平,提高机体免疫功能,加快病情康复,安全可靠,值得临床应用。
