摘要
传统的医疗人力资源方案存在均衡度水平低、适应度差的问题,导致医疗人力资源的响应时间过长。为此,引入蚁群算法对医疗人力资源应急调度方案进行优化。文中采用线性规划算法设计医疗人力资源应急调度模型函数,结合最小二乘规划模型判断应急调度过程的收敛性,建立医疗人力资源应急调度的回归分析模型。通过模拟蚂蚁在运动过程中积累的信息素分析医疗人力资源应急调度的适应度水平和均衡度水平,实现了医疗人力资源应急调度优化。仿真结果表明,所提方法的寻优能力较好,调度过程的收敛性较强,提高了医疗人力资源应急响应能力。
Traditional medical human resource solutions have the problems of low level of balance and poor adaptability,resulting in too long response time for medical human resources.For this reason,the ant colony algorithm is introduced to optimize the emergency dispatch plan of medical human resources.The linear programming algorithm is used to design the medical human resource emergency dispatch model function,combined with the least squares programming model to judge the convergence of the emergency dispatch process,and the regression analysis model of the medical human resource emergency dispatch is established.By simulating the pheromone accumulated during the movement of ants,the fitness level and balance level of emergency dispatch of medical human resources are analyzed,and the optimization of emergency dispatch of medical human resources is realized.The simulation results show that the proposed method has better optimization ability and stronger convergence of the scheduling process,which improves the emergency response ability of medical human resources.
