摘要
针对目前电网巡视存在作业风险高、工作条件复杂、巡维频次低、部分区域无法到达等问题,云南电网以军民融合国家战略为契机,积极推动卫星技术在电网领域深度融合应用。充分利用卫星遥感技术具有重访周期短、覆盖范围广、载荷多样性等优势,在山火监测、地质沉降监测、覆冰预测、应急响应等方面均进行了系统的研究及推广应用。本文首先系统性地介绍了基于卫星技术的山火监测、地质沉降监测、覆冰预测、应急响应、缺陷识别方面在云南电网应用情况,并针对现有卫星技术在支持生产应用方面的成效进行分析,为以后卫星技术在电网领域的进一步深化应用奠定基础。
In response to current grid inspections that have high operational risks,complex working conditions,low frequency of inspections,and inaccessibility of some areas,Yunnan Power Grid has taken the national strategy of military-civilian integration as an opportunity to actively promote the deep integration and application of satellite technology in the power grid.The satellite remote sensing technology has the advantages of short revisit period,wide coverage,and load diversity.It has carried out systematic research and popularization and application in wildfire monitoring,geological subsidence monitoring,icing prediction,emergency response,and defect identification.This article first systematically introduces the application of satellite-based wildfire monitoring,geological subsidence monitoring,icing prediction,emergency response,and defect identification in Yunnan Power Grid,and analyzes the effectiveness of existing satellite technology in supporting production applications,Lay the foundation for the further application of satellite technology in the power grid.
