摘要
通过QC小组活动,对造成某废水处理站出水COD波动值较大的因素进行了分析,最终确定是因为药剂投加量调控次数不够,造成药剂供需不平衡影响COD的波动。通过制定对策控制主要因素,可以将COD波动值由原有35.88 mg/L控制至25 mg/L以下,吨水处理药剂费用减少了5.7%,为外排水水质稳定达标提供了有力保障,大幅降低了实验人员、操作人员的劳动强度。
The QC activity Team analyzes the factor of high COD fluctuation value of wastewater treatment station outlet,ascertains scanty reagent adjusting frequency influencing COD fluctuation by supply-demand imbalance,establishes counterplan for controlling the main factors to reduce COD fluctuation value from 35.88 mg/L to less than 25 mg/L,reducing the reagent cost of ton water treatment by 5.7%,providing a powerful guarantee for stable up-to-standard discharge and substantially lower labour intensity of experimenters and operators.
