化工区过敏性皮肤病过敏原的特异性分析 被引量:1

Analysis of allergen specificity of allergic dermatosis in chemical industry area

摘要 目的了解镇海化工区过敏性皮肤病患者过敏原的种类分布,为临床诊断、治疗及预防提供依据。方法采用免疫印迹法进行866例过敏性皮肤病患者特异性过敏原Ig E抗体(SIg E)和总Ig E抗体(TIg E)检测,其中化工区390例,城区476例。结果化工区390例患者中TIg E阳性305例,占78.21%,城区476例患者中TIg E阳性318例,占66.81%。不同区域间TIg E、SIg E和吸入性过敏原阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01);户尘/粉尘螨、矮豚草/蒿、霉菌组合1、树组合在不同区域间阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过分析镇海2个区域过敏性皮肤病的流行特征,了解化工区过敏性皮肤病的特异性,对于如何高效开展过敏性皮肤病防治具有重要意义。 Objective To understand the types and distribution of allergens in patients with allergic skin disease in Zhenhai chemical area,so as to provide basis for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention.Methods The specific allergen IgE antibody(SIGE)and total IgE antibody(TIGE)were detected by Western blotting in 866 patients with allergic skin disease,including 390 cases in chemical area and 476 cases in urban area.Results Among the 390 patients in the chemical area,305 cases(78.21%)were positive for TIGE,and among the 476 patients in the urban area,318 cases(66.81%)were positive for TIGE.The positive rates of TIGE,SIGE and inhalation allergens in different regions were statistically significant(P<0.01).The differences in the positive rate of house dirt mite/dust mite,ragweed/Artemisia,mold combination 1 and trees in different regions were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By analyzing the epidemic characteristics of allergic skin diseases in two areas of Zhenhai,it is of great significance to understand the specificity of allergic skin diseases in chemical area,which is of great significance for effectively carrying out the prevention and treatment of allergic skin diseases.
