红景天苷防治缺血再灌注损伤的药理作用及相关机制研究进展 被引量:16

Research progress on pharmacological effects and relevant mechanisms of salidroside in the prevention and treatment of ischemia-reperfusion injury

摘要 缺血组织内的代谢供需失衡可诱发严重的组织缺氧和功能障碍,及时恢复再灌注是心肌梗死、脑卒中和其他缺血性疾病的主要救治选择,但是再灌注会进一步激活炎症反应、加重氧化应激和细胞死亡等,进而加剧缺血组织的损伤。红景天苷是存在于红景天属植物中的一种酚类化合物,近年来越来越多研究证实红景天苷能有效防治心、脑、肝等组织的缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)。从抗氧化应激、缓解炎症反应、抗细胞凋亡、抑制兴奋性损伤、减缓自噬、改善血管内皮功能等方面,对红景天苷干预IRI的药理作用及相关机制研究进行综述,为红景天苷相关新药开发提供依据。 The imbalance of metabolic supply and demand in ischemic tissue can induce the severe tissue hypoxia and dysfunction, and the timely recovery of reperfusion is the main treatment option for the myocardial infarction, stroke and other ischemic diseases. However, reperfusion would further activate the inflammatory reaction, oxidative stress and cell death, and then aggravate the injury of ischemic tissue. Salidroside is a kind of phenolic compound that exists in the plants of Rhodiola Crenulata. In recent years, more and more studies have confirmed that salidroside can effectively prevent and treat the ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI) of heart, brain, liver and other tissues. This paper summarizes the pharmacological effects and relevant mechanisms of salidroside on IRI, including anti-oxidative stress, alleviating inflammatory response, anti-apoptosis, inhibiting excitatory injury, slowing down autophagy and improving vascular endothelial function, which provides the basis for the development of salidroside related new drugs.
