两种教学法在消化内科学理论教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究启发式及讨论式教学法在消化内科学理论教学中应用效果。方法选取2019年9月—11月本校72名在校生作为观察对象,由教师自行设计问题情境、案例讨论情境,以启发式、讨论式教学模式为主。其中启发式则以设计问题为主,教师做引导,问题由简至难,引导学生寻找答案。讨论则以小组形式开展,围绕案例讨论,案例由教师寻找设计问题,提前2周将案例分发给小组,促使小组利用现有资源进行学习,随后教师做总结归纳。观察时间为一学期,分析学生接受启发式、讨论式教学法前、后的笔试、面试成绩变化。结果实施后,学生笔试、面试得分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生对教学模式的满意度明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科学理论教学中应用启发式及讨论式教学法效果显著,可全面提升学生整体素质,提高学生学习能力及满意度,体现在患者成绩分数有所提升。 Objective To study the effect of heuristic and discussion teaching methods in the teaching of digestive internal medicine theory.Methods From September 2019 to November 2019,72 students in our school were selected as observation objects.Teachers designed problem situations and case discussion situations by themselves.Heuristic and discussion-based teaching models were mainly used.Among them,heuristics mainly focus on designing questions,and teachers guide them,from simple to difficult,guiding students to find answers.The discussions were organized in groups,and the cases were discussed.Teachers looked for design issues.The cases were distributed to the groups 2 weeks in advance to encourage the groups to use existing resources for learning.The teachers then summarized them.The observation time is one semester,and analyzes the changes in written and interview results before and after students receive heuristic and discussion teaching methods.Results After the implementation,the scores of the students’written test and interview were higher than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students’satisfaction with the teaching mode was significantly higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of heuristic and discussion teaching methods in the teaching of digestive internal medicine theory has significant effects,which can comprehensively improve the overall quality of students,improve their learning ability and satisfaction,which is reflected in the improvement of patient performance scores.
