摘要
随着我国中医药行业协同创新步伐的加快,亟需培养具有创造性思维,能够提出和解决科学问题的药学人才,以支撑贵州区域医药产业发展。在贵州省药学人才培养过程中合理应用思维导图,不仅可以强化学生的信息素养,提高学生获取有效信息的能力,还能帮助学生掌握知识的总体框架,把握关键问题,加强记忆,构建并管理个人知识信息库,激发学生在“教”与“学”过程中的主动性与积极性。并且在思维导图的绘制过程中,学生发现、分析、解决问题的能力得到了培养,创新能力、逻辑思维能力、想象力、全局观得到了锻炼,有利于药学人才核心竞争力的全面提升。
With the acceleration of collaborative innovation of traditional Chinese medicine in China,it is urgent to cultivate pharmaceutical talents with creative thinking,who can propose and solve scientific problems,to support the development of the regional pharmaceutical industry in Guizhou.The rational application of mind map teaching method in the training of pharmaceutical talents in Guizhou province can not only strengthen students’information accomplishment and improve their ability to obtain effective information,but also help students master the overall framework of knowledge,grasp key issues,deepen memory,construct and manage the personal knowledge information database,stimulates students’initiative and enthusiasm in the process of“teaching”and“learning”.Especially,in the process of drawing the mind map,students’ability to discover,analyze,and solve problems has been cultivated,and their innovative ability,logical thinking ability,imagination,and overall view have been exercised,which is conducive to the overall improvement of the core competence of pharmacy talents.
