摘要
探讨“护理人文修养”课程教学中的改进策略,以求证1+1医校协同课程改革的应用效果。采用对照研究法,选择2018级护生179人为传统教学组,教师执行传统的常规教学;选择2019级护生183人为1+1医校协同组,教师主动参与教学改革研究,设置1+1医校协同教改模式;对比和分析两组护生的人文关怀品质总分,以及关怀知识、关怀能力、关怀感知和关怀理念4个维度的指标得分。研究结果表明,1+1医校协同的教学改革模式可以在一定程度上提高护生的人文关怀品质,培养可满足新世纪护理需求的实践型人才。
This paper discusses the improvement strategies in the teaching of“Nursing Humanistic Culture”in order to prove the application effect of the curriculum reform of 1+1 hospital college coordination.In this study,179 nursing students from 2018 grade were selected into the traditional teaching group,and the teachers carried out traditional routine teaching.183 nursing students of 2019 were selected as the 1+1 hospital college coordination group.Teachers took the initiative to participate in the research on teaching reform and set a 1+1 hospital college coordination education reform model.The total scores of humanistic care quality of the two groups of nursing students were compared and analyzed,as well as the score indexes of the four dimensions of caring knowledge,caring ability,caring perception and caring concept.The results show that the teaching reform mode of 1+1 hospital college coordination can improve the humanistic care quality of nursing students to some extent and cultivate practical talents that can meet the nursing needs in the new century.
