摘要
随着教育改革的不断推进,教育治理能力现代化提出新要求,我国中小学教育质量评价的地位和功能越来越凸显。我国中小学教育质量评价包含四大内容:一是制订评价目标,明确评价标准;二是加强信息收集,形成评价方案;三是倡导多元评价,加强主体参与;四是加强评价反思,注重总结改进。我国中小学教育质量评价必须注重坚持以人为本、坚持科学发展、坚持统筹协调、坚持特色发展、坚持因地制宜五大原则。
With the continuous advancement of education reform and the new requirements of modernization of educational governance ability in the new Era,the status and function of education quality evaluation in primary and secondary schools of China has become more and more prominent.In the implementation process,we should pay attention to four steps:firstly,to formulate evaluation objectives and clear evaluation standards;secondly,to strengthen information collection and form evaluation scheme;thirdly,to advocate multiple evaluation and strengthen subject participation;and fourthly,to strengthen evaluation reflection and pay attention to summary and improvement.In terms of value criteria,the evaluation of education quality in primary and secondary schools of China must pay attention to the following five principles:people oriented,scientific development,overall planning and coordination,characteristic development and local conditions.
