上跨运营高铁上加劲连续钢桁梁设计 被引量:2

摘要 上跨运营高速铁路的桥梁必须经过充分比选论证,研究对运营高铁影响最小的桥型和施工方法。廊坊市光明道项目主桥上跨京沪高铁、京沪铁路,选用(118+268+118)m上加劲连续钢桁梁结构,桥面形式采用正交异性钢桥面与超高性能混凝土组合体系,主桥采用横移、转体、纵移、合龙的施工方案;利用BIM技术,对钢桁梁转体、合龙工况进行模拟,规避碰撞问题,保证顺利合龙。通过对主桥进行有限元建模计算分析可知:结构强度、刚度、稳定性均满足要求,施工方案可行。 It is necessary to compare and study the various types of bridges and construction methods so as to choose the right bridge type and construction method which have the least affection on the operation of the existing high-speed railways.Since the main bridge of the Guangming Road Project in Langfang City has to over-cross the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway and the Beijing-Shanghai Railway,the(118+268+118)m stiffened continuous steel truss beam structure is chozen for the project.The bridge deck is composed of orthogonal special-shaped steel deck and ultra-high performance concrete in combination,and the main bridge is built by means of the construction schemes of transverse movement,rotation,longitudinal movement and closure.The BIM technology is used to simulate the working conditions of the rotating steel truss beam and the closure construction in order to avoid collision and ensure smooth closure.According to the finite element modeling and calculation of the main bridge,it is found that the structural strength,stiffness and stability all meet the requirements,and so the construction scheme is proved feasible.
