心电图Sokolow指数结合ST-T改变及Cornell指数对左室肥厚的诊断分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析心电图Sokolow指数结合ST-T改变及Cornell指数对左室肥厚的诊断价值。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月本院收治的疑似左室肥厚患者115例为研究对象,所有患者均接受超声心动图及心电图检查,分析心电图Sokolow指数结合ST-T改变及Cornell指数,以超声心动图诊断结果为金标准,分析心电图Sokolow指数、ST-T改变、Cornell指数及三者联合对左室肥厚的诊断效能。结果115例患者中诊断为左心室肥厚70例,检出率为60.87%;联合检查结果敏感度、特异度及准确度最高,分别为95.71%、86.67%、92.17%;Sokolow指数结合ST-T改变次之,Cornell指数、Sokolow指数检测最低(P<0.05)。结论心电图Sokolow指数结合ST-T改变及Cornell指数对左室肥厚的诊断效能较高,可为临床早期诊疗提供更加客观的参考依据。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram(ECG)Sokolow index combined with ST-T change and Cornell index in left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods From April 2018 and April 2020,our hospital suspected of 115 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were selected as the research subjects,all patients were examined by echocardiography and ECG,analysis of ECG Sokolow ST-T change and Cornell index,the results of echocardiography in the diagnosis as the gold standard,ECG Sokolow index,the index of ST-T change,Cornell and combined to the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy were analyzed.Results 70 of the 115 patients were diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy,and the detection rate was 60.87%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of joint examination results were the highest(95.71%,86.67%and 92.17%,respectively).The Sokolow index combined with ST-T change was followed by Cornell index and Sokolow index(P<0.05).Conclusion ECG Sokolow index combined with ST-T change and Cornell index has high diagnostic efficiency for left ventricular hypertrophy,which can provide more objective reference for early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
