摘要
目的探究对老年性脑梗塞的患者运用优质护理的实际效果。方法择的脑梗塞老年患者80名,根据随机双盲分组方法分为参照组和实验组,参照组患者实施常规护理措施,实验组患者接受优质护理服务。对比不同护理措施取得的效果。结果两组患者进行不同的护理方式后,实验组患者在神经功能缺损评分和生活质量评分均优于参照组(P<0.05);在护理满意方面,实验组的患者优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论老年脑梗塞患者运用优质护理可改善患者的临床症状,提升生活质量,并能提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the practical effect of using quality nursing to senile cerebral infarction patients.Methods 80 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected and divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the randomized double-blind grouping method.The reference group received routine nursing measures,and the experimental group received high-quality nursing services.The results of different nursing measures were compared.Results After the two groups of patients with different nursing methods,the experimental group in the neurological impairment score and quality of life score are better than the control group(P<0.05);In terms of nursing satisfaction,patients in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The senile patients with cerebral infarction can improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
