有轨电车用电控三位置转换开关控制方案

摘要 现代有轨电车在国内外迅猛发展,由于其低地板设计,三位置转换开关箱只能安装在车顶。目前常用的是手动操作转换开关箱,存在操作维护不便,有安全隐患等缺点。文中设计了一种电控三位置转换开关装置及控制电路,首次将其应用于低地板现代有轨电车,在司机室通过旋钮开关或按钮便可实现远程电动转换功能,极大地提升了操作便利及安全性。 Modern trams are developing rapidly in domestic and abroad.Because of its low floor design,three-position switch box can only be installed on the roof.At present,the manual operation of the switch box is commonly used,which has some disadvantages such as inconve⁃nience operation and maintenance,potential safety hazards and so on.This paper designs an electrical controlled three-position switch and its control circuit,which is first used in modern low-floor tram.It realizes the non-contact operation of three-position switch box.Operators do not need to climb the roof.The remote switch function can be realized in the driver's cab through a switch or push button,which greatly im⁃proves the operation convenience and safety.The scheme can be applied to trams with various power supply modes.
