摘要
以激光吸收填料、着色颜料、水性聚氨酯树脂以及常用助剂制备可见光-激光兼容隐身涂料,并将涂料涂覆于织物上制得涂层。研究了激光吸收填料的种类、含量对涂层色度值、1.06μm波段光谱反射率以及红外发射率等性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用纳米ATO作为激光吸收填料,可有效降低涂层的光谱反射率;控制涂层在一定厚度下,随着纳米ATO添加量的增加,涂层的反射率逐渐降低,当添加量为51%时,反射率可降至5%以下,满足激光隐身要求,并且涂层的可见光性能符合GJB 1082-1991《伪装网用颜色》中的DG0847深绿色;此外,涂层的阻燃及其他性能均可达实用要求。
The visible light-laser-compatible stealth coating was prepared by laser absorbing filler,coloring pigment,water-based polyurethane resin and common additives.The influences of the types and contents of laser absorbing fillers on the chromaticity value,spectral reflectance of 1.06 night band and infrared emissivity of the coating were studied.The results show that using nanometer ATO as laser absorbing filler can effectively reduce the spectral reflectance of the coating.Under a certain thickness,the reflectivity of the coating gradually decreases with the increase of the amount of nano ATO.When the amount of nano ATO is 51%,the reflectivity can be reduced to less than 5%,which meets the requirements of laser stealth.Besides,the visible light performance of the coating conforms to DG0847 dark green in GJB 1082-1991"color for camouflage net".In addition,the flame retardant and other properties of the coating can meet the practical requirements.
