摘要
甲状腺激素作用广泛,贯穿人类的整个生命周期,对机体生长、代谢、脑发育及其他组织器官的功能均有重要影响。文章对新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减退症、妊娠期甲状腺疾病、老年甲状腺功能异常3个特殊类型甲状腺疾病做一述评,以提高临床医生对甲状腺疾病的认识。
Thyroid hormones have a variety of functions and play their roles through the whole life of human beings.They have significant influence on the growth,metabolism,brain development and the functions of other tissues and organs.This paper reviews three special population of thyroid diseases,including congenital hypothyroidism in the newborn,thyroid diseases during pregnancy and thyroid dysfunction eldly,which is aimed to improve the knowledge of clinical doctors about thyroid diseases.
