摘要
目前对黄铜与铝合金异种金属间的焊接工艺少见研究报道。采用脉冲宽度为纳秒的激光器对厚度为0.1 mm的黄铜和厚度为0.5 mm的铝合金进行搭接焊接,通过激光运行螺旋线,形成焊点。对影响纳秒激光焊点拉力的主要参数脉冲宽度、激光频率、轨迹运行速度以及螺旋线间距,进行了正交试验优化。结果表明:工艺参数为脉冲宽度160 ns、激光频率160 kHz、轨迹运行速度60 mm/s以及螺旋线间距0.06 mm时,焊点拉力达到最大的11.8 N,效果较好,满足了实际生产要求。
At present,the welding technology between brass and aluminum alloy is rarely reported.The nanosecond pulse laser was used to lap weld brass with 0.1 mm thickness and aluminum alloy with 0.5 mm thickness.The laser ran spiral lines to form welding spots.The orthogonal tests were carried out with the four factors of welding pull tension of laser pulse width,frequency,speed of running spiral lines and space of spiral lines.Results showed that when pulse width was 160 ns,frequency was 160 kHz,speed of running spiral lines was 60 mm/s and space of spiral lines was 0.06 mm,the pull tension of welding spots reached the maximum of 11.8 N,which met the requirements of practical production.
