摘要 超疏水涂层凭借其特殊的表面浸润性在生产及生活中具有十分广阔的应用前景,在超疏水涂层的应用和研究过程中,人们需要对超疏水涂层进行全面的分析检测。介绍了超疏水涂层的分析检测内容:结构组成的分析检测,表面润湿性的分析检测和涂层稳定性分析检测,并指出了3种检测内容的侧重点。还对超疏水涂层分析检测手段和应用领域的发展做了展望。 Superhydrophobic coatings have a very broad prospect in production and living owing to their special surface wettability.During the processes of application and investigation,it is required to thoroughly analyze and detect superhydrophobic coatings.This work introduced the analysis and detection contents in the field of superhydrophobic coatings,which mainly included the analysis and detection of structure and composition,surface wettability and stability.Furthermore,the priorities of the three dictation contents were figured out,and the future research on the analysis and detection methods and application fields of superhydrophobic coatings were forecasted.
