摘要
以SGZ800型刮板输送机为研究对象,对其中部槽的结构性能进行仿真研究,从理论方面得出此结构能满足设备使用需求,找到了中部槽的结构强度变化规律。在为期18个月的工业试验中,进一步验证了所设计中部槽的可靠性,此研究对提高中部槽的结构质量意义重大,也可为其他部件的设计研究提供重要参考。
Taking SGZ800 scraper conveyor as the design object,the structure design and performance of the middle slot are studied.From the theoretical point of view,the structure can meet the needs of the equipment,and the change law of the structural strength of the middle slot is found.The reliability of the designed central groove is further verified in the 18 months industrial test.This study is of great significance to improve the structural quality of the central groove and can also provide an important reference for the design of other components.
