摘要
为解决传统吹风机温度控制系统控制波特率低的问题,基于环境温度传感设计吹风机温度控制系统。硬件方面,设计以太网、环境温度传感器、微型控制器以及温控开关;采集吹风机温度控制数据,建立吹风机温度控制数据高级通信协议,计算吹风机温度控制频率,实时控制吹风机温度,完成系统设计。设计实例分析,结果表明,设计的控制系统在相同的测试时间中控制波特率明显高于对照组,能够解决传统吹风机温度控制系统控制波特率低的问题。
In order to solve the problem of low control Baud rate of traditional hair dryer temperature control system,a hair dryer temperature control system is designed based on environmental temperature sensor.In terms of hardware,Ethernet,ambient temperature sensor,micro-controller and temperature control switch are designed;the hair dryer temperature control data are collected,the advanced communication protocol of the hair dryer temperature control data is established,and the hair dryer temperature control frequency is calculated,so as to realize real-time control of the hair dryer temperature and complete the system design.Through the analysis of the design example,the results show that the control Baud rate of the designed control system is significantly higher than that of the control group in the same test time,which can solve the problem of low control Baud rate of the traditional blower temperature control system.
