摘要
目的用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法研究种植修复中牙冠牙合面开1 mm指示孔的情况下,粘接剂用量对牙冠内部的粘接剂充盈情况及颈部溢出量的影响。方法利用SolidWorks及ANSYS软件建立冠、基台模型,并利用多相流模型对牙冠就位过程中粘接剂的流动进行瞬态模拟。模拟初始状态下粘接剂半径在0.5~2.4 mm之间的9组情况,输出云图结果,计算轴面及肩台充盈率、颈部溢出量等指标。结果轴面及肩台充盈率随着粘接剂用量的增加先逐渐提高,随后趋于稳定。颈部溢出量随着粘接剂用量的增加总体呈上升趋势。粘接剂半径在1.0~1.7 mm范围内时,粘接剂充盈情况较为理想,颈部溢出量相对较少。结论为了获得理想的粘接剂充盈及较少的颈部溢出,建议临床在磨牙区使用小开孔方案时,将粘接剂半径控制在1.0~1.7 mm之间。
Objective To investigate the different amount of cement applied to the vent in the occlusal surface of implant supported crowns.Methods Firstly,the crown and abutment models were established using SolidWorks and ANSYS software.Then the two-phase flow model was used to simulate the real cement flow process during crown seating.Different radii within 0.5-2.4 mm at the initial state were simulated.Eventually,contours of cement distribution were output.The filling ratio of axial surface and shoulder,neck overflow were calculated.Results The filling ratio of axial surface and shoulder surface first increased with the increase of the amount of adhesive,and then tended to be stable.When the adhesive radius was in the range of 1.0-1.7 mm,the filling condition of the adhesive was ideal,and the amount of neck overflow was relatively small.Conclusions In order to obtain ideal filling and less neck overflow of the adhesive,it is recommended to control the adhesive radius between 1.0 mm and 1.7 mm when using the small opening scheme in the molar area.
