鸡尾酒双染CD31/D2-40和CKpan在脉管癌栓病理诊断中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 脉管癌栓与肿瘤患者的术后辅助治疗及预后关系密切。近年多采用免疫组化CD31/D2-40标记血管、淋巴管内皮细胞,然而仅使用单项的免疫组化标记,仍无法确定脉管内细胞团是否有癌细胞,免疫组化鸡尾酒双染法是一种可以在组织中同时标记两类不同抗原的方法,可同时双染脉管内皮细胞和其内癌细胞[1-2]。本实验联合检测CD31/D2-40和上皮细胞标志物(CKpan),分别行HE染色、免疫组化单染CD31/D2-40、鸡尾酒双染CD31/D2-40/CKpan,分析鸡尾酒双染法在脉管癌栓病理诊断中的价值。
