滇中引水工程香炉山深埋隧洞施工长距离通风研究 被引量:13

摘要 隧洞施工期通风是保障施工人员身心健康和地下洞室施工安全、高效进行的关键。根据国家和水利行业标准,并结合滇中引水工程香炉山隧洞施工方法等,确定了滇中引水工程香炉山隧洞施工期通风防尘卫生控制标准。考虑到香炉山隧洞总体施工方案和施工支洞布置,规划了隧洞施工期通风方案,通过供风计算分析,确定了隧洞各工作面的供风量、通风管直径及风机功率等。在此基础上,选择典型钻爆施工洞段和TBM施工洞段进行了数值仿真验算。计算结果表明:风管和隧洞内风速、通风量均达到了设计通风标准,隧洞内污染物稀释效果良好,验证了该工程通风设计方案的可行性和可靠性。 Ventilation during tunnel construction is an important guarantee for the physical and mental health of constructors and the safe and efficient construction of underground tunnel.According to the National Standards,the Water Resources Industry Standards,and the construction method adopted in Xianglushan Tunnel of the Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project,etc.,the ventilation and dust prevention sanitary control standards during tunnel construction were determined.Combined with the overall construction plan of the Xianglushan Tunnel and the layout of the branch tunnels,the ventilation program was planned.Through the calculation and analysis of the air supply,the volume of the air supply,diameter of the ventilation pipe,as well as power of the fan of each working face of tunnel were determined.On this basis,the typical section contructed by drilling and blasting and by TBM were selected for numerical simulation.The calculation results indicated that the wind speed of the ventilation pipe and the tunnel can meet the design ventilation standards,and the dilution effect of the pollutant in the tunnel was well.The feasibility and reliability of the ventilation design scheme of the project was verified.
