摘要
通过文献研究和问卷调查,归纳出施工BIM应用的19个影响因素,利用Vensim建立施工BIM应用系统动力学模型,寻找影响施工BIM应用的敏感因素,基于此提出施工BIM应用驱动策略并进行仿真模拟,为施工企业推动BIM应用提供借鉴和参考。
Through literature research and questionnaire survey,this paper sums up 19 influencing factors of construction BIM application,uses Vensim to establish the system dynamic model of construction BIM application,and looks for the sensitive factors that affect the application of construction BIM.Based on this,this paper puts forward the driving strategy of construction BIM application and carries out simulation,which provides reference for construction enterprises to promote BIM application.
