摘要
精准可靠的医院数据统计,可直接体现临床工作的质量、医院运营的效率,反映医院整体服务水平。我院针对医院数据统计中存在的问题,基于“一动力三循环”医疗质量管理模式,探索构建了“3S”医院数据统计管理方法,即:标准化(Standardization)、稳定化(Stabilization)、专业化(Specialization),从而实现为医院建设和医院绩效考核提供精准、可靠、有活力的统计数据的目标,为医院数据统计更好地满足三级公立医院绩效考核体系提供实践依据。
Accurate and reliable hospital day can directly reflect the quality of clinical practice,the efficiency of hospital operation,and the overall service level of a hospital.Based on the problems in the statistic data of our hospital,we developed a"3S"(i.e.Standardization,Stabilization,and Specialization)hospital data management method based on the"One-driver Three-cycle"medical quality management model.The 3S method offered accurate,reliable and dynamic statistic data for hospital construction and hospital performance evaluation,making the hospital statistics better serve the performance evaluation system of a tertiary public hospital.
