摘要
桥梁是构成综合交通运输体系的重要咽喉和关键节点,是实现公路互通的重要途径,随着国内交通运输网络综合化、立体化程度的发展,桥梁工程也随之迎来黄金发展期。目前,混凝土依旧是桥梁施工中的重要主材之一,钢筋混凝土桥梁占比已超过70%。大体积混凝土浇筑是钢筋混凝土桥梁,尤其是大跨径钢筋混凝土桥梁施工中不可回避的重要环节。本文以桥梁承台混凝土结构为研究对象,阐述了承台混凝土开裂的基本机理,并从材料、施工及散热辅助等方面提出了具体的控制方案,希望有助于提高桥梁工程中大体积混凝土裂缝的控制能力。
Bridge is an important throat and key node of integrated transportation system and an important way to realize highway interworking. With the development of comprehensive and three-dimensional transportation network in China, bridge engineering also ushered in a golden development period. At present, concrete is still one of the important main materials in bridge construction, and the proportion of reinforced concrete bridges has exceeded 70%. Mass concrete pouring is an unavoidable important link in the construction of reinforced concrete bridges, especially long-span reinforced concrete bridges. This paper takes the concrete structure of the bridge cap as the research object, expounds the basic mechanism of the concrete cracking of the cap, and proposes the specific control plan of the material, construction and heat dissipation assistance, etc., hoping to help improve the control ability of mass concrete cracks in bridge engineering.
