摘要
本文结合某高速公路工程,依托三维有限元软件(ANSYS)分析了沥青路面浅层压浆施工工艺,深入研究了不同类型压浆孔排列方式、间距和直径等对原路面结构承载力造成的影响。与此同时,针对沥青路面浅层压浆施工路段进行芯样检查与压浆前后弯沉对比。结果表明,压浆工艺能够减小路表弯沉,有效增强原路面承载力。
In this paper, combined with a highway project, relying on the three-dimensional finite element software(ANSYS), the shallow grouting construction technology of asphalt pavement is analyzed, and the influence of different grouting hole arrangement, spacing and diameter on the bearing capacity of the original pavement structure is deeply studied. At the same time, the core sample inspection and deflection comparison before and after grouting are carried out for the shallow grouting construction section of asphalt pavement. The results show that the grouting technology can reduce the pavement surface deflection and effectively enhance the bearing capacity of the original pavement.
