摘要
目的通过对我院PIVAS中药注射剂不合理医嘱进行统计分析,指导临床合理规范使用中药注射剂。方法运用回顾性分析法,通过对2018年度PIVAS审方干预不合理处方记录单中中药注射剂不合理医嘱进行汇总、统计和分析。结果PIVAS所有注射剂不合理医嘱711例,其中中药注射剂不合理医嘱122例,占不合理医嘱总份数的17.16%。不合理中药注射剂医嘱主要类型:溶媒选择不当、溶媒剂量不当、给药剂量不当、配伍不当等。结论通过审方药师对中药注射剂医嘱的审核,阻止不合理医嘱通过,最大限度降低中药注射剂不合理使用率,促进临床中药注射剂安全、有效、合理使用,从而降低不良反应的发生。
Objective The purpose of this study is to provide clinical guidelines on rational use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injections by analyzing the irrational prescriptions in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service(PIVAS)of our hospitaL Methods A retrospective study was conducted by collecting and analyzing the irrational prescriptions on the intervention records of PIVAS in 2018.Results Among the total 771 records of irrational prescriptions,there are 122 records involving TCM injections,accounting for 17.16%.The main types are the improper choice and dosage of solvent,the improper dosage of medicine,the compatibility problem and so on.Conclusion Measures should be taken by examining the prescriptions of TCM injections by pharmacists to prevent the adoption of irrational prescriptions,make the maximum reduction on the rate of irrational use,promote the clinic use in a safe,effective and proper way,and thus reduce the occurrences of adverse reactions.
