摘要
中国特色社会主义制度是科学社会主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合的产物,是中国共产党带领人民经过长期奋斗积累和创造的成果,人民至上是其根本价值所在,集中体现在中国特色社会主义制度源于人民、为了人民、依靠人民、由人民评判等方面。人民群众是历史的创造者,没有人民的参与就没有中国特色社会主义制度的产生;人民创造的、反映人民根本利益要求的中国特色社会主义制度当然且实际上都是为了人民、服务人民的;人民是历史发展的主体和推动力量,中国特色社会主义制度的发展与完善必须依靠人民;为了人民、服务人民、依靠人民的制度理应受人民监督、由人民评判,并根据人民的评价对其进行革新与完善。人民至上性是我们认识和把握中国特色社会主义制度的根本。
The socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the product of the combination of the basic principles of scientific socialism and the specific reality of China,it's also the fruit of the long struggle of the people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Putting the people in the first place is its fundamental value,which is embodied in the aspects that the socialist system with Chinese characteristics originates from the people,is for the people,relies on the people,and is judged by the people.The people are the creators of history,without the participation of the people,the socialist system with Chinese characteristics would not have come into being;the socialist system with Chinese characteristics created by the people and reflecting the fundamental interests of the people is certainly and effectively for the people and serves the people;the people are the main body and driving force of historical development,the development and improvement of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics must rely on the people;the system for the people,serving the people and relying on the people should be supervised and judged by the people,and be innovated and improved according to the people's evaluation.Putting the people in the first place is the basic point for us to understand the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
