摘要
地铁暗挖施工,对周边建筑物及管线的影响一直受到参建单位的重点关注,暗挖施工对多座建筑物和多条管线都有影响,且管线及建筑物建设时间久远,极大地增加了变形控制难度。采用袖阀管和深孔注浆对建筑物和管线进行保护,取得了良好效果,形成以下结论:地表袖阀管注浆可以有效地将开挖影响范围通过注浆加固体隔开,使开挖后土体变形大部分发生在加固体外侧,有效控制建筑物的变形;小导洞内深孔注浆使得管线下方加固体形成拱形保护壳,减小管线上方土体变形范围,使管线总体变形大大减小,施工期间沉降量最大仅为9.95mm;无论采用袖阀管注浆还是深孔注浆,其注浆参数的选取、施工工艺的控制等都需要结合具体地层参数及时调整,合理控制注浆量和注浆压力。
The influence of underground excavation construction on surrounding buildings and pipelines has always been the focus of the participation units.The underground excavation construction has an impact on many buildings and pipelines,and the pipeline and buildings have been built for a long time,thereby greatly increasing the difficulty of deformation control.The sleeve valve pipe and deep hole grouting are used to protect the building and pipeline,and good results have been obtained.The following conclusions are drawn.Surface sleeve valve pipe grouting can effectively separate the excavation influence area by grouting and adding solid.Therefore,most of the soil deformation occur outside the solid after excavation,thereby effectively controlling the deformation of the buildings.The deep hole grouting in the small guide hole makes solid added below the pipeline form an arch protective shell,thereby reducing the deformation range of soil above the pipeline and reducing the overall deformation of the pipeline greatly.The maximum settlement amount during construction is only 9.95mm.The selection of grouting parameters and the control of construction technology should be adjusted in time according to the specific formation parameters regardless whether sleeve valve pipe grouting or deep hole grouting is used or not,and the grouting amount and grouting pressure are reasonably controlled.
