摘要
印刷电路板换热器(PCHE)以其压降低、换热面积大、紧凑性好的优势被认为是s-CO_(2)布雷顿循环系统中理想的高效换热器。以工作流体为s-CO_(2)的圆柱肋、长方体肋、翼型肋3种非连续肋PCHE流道为研究对象,通过数值模拟的方法探究并对比了各换热流道的流动换热特性。研究发现:在相同热流密度、相同绕流肋当量直径、相等总换热面积的条件下,圆柱肋流道压降最大、换热最强;翼型肋流道压力损失最小,换热强度相对较弱,但其换热减弱幅度远低于其压降减小幅度。
Because of the low pressure drop,large heat transfer surface area and high compactness,the printed circuit heat exchanger(PCHE)is considered to be the ideal high efficiency heat exchanger for s-CO_(2)Brayton cycle.In this paper,three PCHE flow channels with different discontinuous fins are taken as studying objects,including cylindrical fin,cuboid fin and airfoil fin.The s-CO_(2)are used as working fluid.The flow and heat transfer characteristics of these PCHE flow channels are analyzed through numerical simulation method.The result shows that with the same heat flux,fin equivalent diameter and total heat transfer surface area,the cylindrical fin flow channel has the largest pressure drop and strongest heat transfer.While the airfoil fin has the smallest pressure loss and relatively weakest heat transfer,yet the reduction degree of heat transfer is much less than that of pressure loss.
