5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究中重度痤疮患者应用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法的治疗效果。方法104例中重度痤疮患者,经随机数字编号后,52例奇数患者编入对照组,52例偶数患者纳入观察组。对照组采用红蓝光照射治疗,观察组采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗2、4、6周后的总有效率分别为28.85%、75.00%、86.54%,均高于对照组的9.62%、51.92%、69.23%,差异均具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.1905、5.9713、4.5217,P=0.0128、0.0145、0.0335<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为5.77%,低于对照组的32.69%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.1333,P=0.0005<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应经对症处理后均缓解消退。结论中重度痤疮患者采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗,效果理想,值得推行。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.Methods A total of 104 patients with moderate and severe acne were divided into control group(52 cases,odd number)and observation group(52 cases,even number)according to random number.The control group was treated with red and blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid.The therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate after 2,4 and 6 months of the observation group were 28.85%,75.00%and 86.54%,which were all higher than 9.62%,51.92%and 69.23%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.1905,5.9713,4.5217;P=0.0128,0.0145,0.0335<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 5.77%,which was lower than 32.69%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.1333,P=0.0005<0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups were relieved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid has ideal effect on patients with moderate and severe acne,and it is worthy of promotion.
