摘要
针对含磷或含氮水处理药剂长期使用造成水体富营养化的问题,以衣康酸和甲基丙烯磺酸钠为原料,合成了一种无磷非氮型阻垢分散剂。通过静态实验法评定阻垢分散性能,测定生物降解性能。结果表明,在原料衣康酸与甲基丙烯磺酸钠质量比为10:5时,综合性能最佳:药剂使用量分别为30和75 mg·L^(-1)时,对碳酸钙和磷酸钙的阻垢率均可达100%;药剂使用量为7 mg·L^(-1),对硫酸钙的阻垢率可达94%,药剂使用量为40 mg·L^(-1)时,对氧化铁的分散效果最佳;在第21 d时,生物降解率达63.55%。该二元药剂是一种具有良好阻垢分散性能及生物降解性能的环保型阻垢分散剂。
In order to solve the problem of water eutrophication caused by long-term usage of water treatment agents containing phosphorus or nitrogen,a novel phosphorus-free and non-nitrogen scale inhibition and dispersion agent was synthesized with itaconic acid(IA)and sodium methyl propylene sulfonate(SMAS).Static experimental methods were used to evaluate its scale inhibition and dispersion performance,and the biodegradability was measured.The results show that the best overall performance can be reached when the mass ratio of itaconic acid to sodium methacrylate is 10:5.The scale inhibition rate against calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate can reach 100%with a dosage of 30 mg·L^(-1) and 75 mg·L^(-1),respectively.In addition,the scale inhibition rate against calcium sulfate is up to 94%with a concentration of 7 mg·L^(-1).It shows the best dispersion effect for iron oxide with a dosage of 40 mg·L^(-1).The biodegradation rate reaches 63.55%after 21 days.This polymer is an environmentally friendly anti-scale dispersant with good scale inhibition and biodegradability.
