摘要
本文对某型过载传感器试验中数据采集失真的故障原因进行了分析。基于阻尼对传感器动态特性的影响分析可得出,传感器在被试件的载荷急剧变化时会产生系统振动,若频率达到传感器的固有频率,将会导致传感器的数据采集失真。
In this paper,the fault cause of data acquisition distortion in an overload sensor test is analyzed。Based on the analysis of the influence of damping on the dynamic characteristics of the sensor,it can be obtained,The sensor will produce system vibration when the load of the specimen changes rapidly,If the frequency reaches the natural frequency of the sensor,This will result in distortion of sensor data acquisition.
