摘要
目的观察精细化饮食管理及体质量控制联合达英-35及二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法将肥胖型PCOS患者120例,随机分为A组(精细化饮食管理及体质量控制联合达英-35及二甲双胍治疗组);B组(单纯口服达英-35和二甲双胍治疗组)。观察6月,2组不同治疗方法后相关指标的变化及恢复排卵和妊娠的情况。结果2种治疗方法均可使肥胖型PCOS患者的BMI、LH、T、空腹血糖、血清空腹胰岛素、卵巢体积有所下降,与治疗前相比,P<0.05;对比治疗后2组患者,A组中患者BMI、LH、T、空腹血糖、血清空腹胰岛素、卵巢体积均显著降低,与B组相比,P<0.05;A组中患者恢复排卵率、成功妊娠率均显著高于B组,P<0.05;A组60例患者中44例完成治疗,B组60例患者52例完成治疗,A组患者脱落率较高,但治疗后各项指标下降更明显,优于B组(P<0.05),排卵率及妊娠率显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论精细化饮食管理及体质量控制联合达英-35二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者,可有效提高排卵率及妊娠率,疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy of fine diet management and weight control in combination with Dain-35 and metformin in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 120 obese PCOS patients were randomly divided into Group A(fine diet management and weight control combined with Dain-35 and metformin treatment group)and Group B(Dain-35 and metformin treatment group).Observe the changes in the relevant indicators and the recovery of ovulation and pregnancy with two different treatments after 6 months.Results Both treatments resulted in a decrease in BMI,LH,T,fasting blood sugar,serum fasting insulin,and ovary volume in obese PCOS patients,which were statistically significant compared to pre-treatment(P<0.05);The ovaries were significantly reduced in volume,and the difference was statistically significant compared to Group B(P<0.05),and the recovery rate of ovulation and successful pregnancy were significantly higher than that of Group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),44 of the 60 patients in Group A completed treatment,52 patients in Group B completed treatment,and the fall rate of patients in Group A was higher,but the decrease of the indicators after treatment was more obvious,better than that of Group B(P<0.05),and the rate of ovulation and pregnancy was significantly higher than that of Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine diet management and weight control combined with Dain-35 metformin to treat obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively reduce and improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,the effect is significant,worthy of clinical promotion.
