摘要
应客户工艺要求,每次零件加工移动工作台需移出到下横梁外由机械手自动取放料,放料后再自动移入到机床内进行加工,为提高工作效率,要求移动工作台实现运动速度快、重复定位精度高。本文着重介绍采用西门子S7-1200PLC的脉冲指令驱动伺服电机运行,通过行星减速机驱动齿轮齿条控制移动工作台的移出移入,利用S7-1200方便的工艺指令和良好的运动控制功能,满足移动台高速高精的控制要求。
In accordance with customer process requirements,during each part processing,the moving worktable needs to be moved out of the lower beam while the robot automatically picks up&unloads the materials,and then automatically moves into the machine tool for processing after unloading.In order to improve work efficiency,the moving worktable is required to realize movement with fast speed and high repeat positioning accuracy.The Siemens S7-1200 PLC pulse commands has been mainly introduced in the text to drive the servo motor operation and the in&out of moving worktable has been controlled by planetary reducer.The S7-1200 convenient process instructions and good motion control functions have been used to meet high-speed and high-precision control requirements of the moving worktable.
