摘要
在全球政经局势发生动荡的背景下,人民币国际化推进的内外环境发生着巨大变化。2020年新冠肺炎疫情以来,以美元为核心的国际货币体系暴露出其内在的不合理性,为人民币登上国际舞台带来机遇;而全球性经济衰退引发的逆全球化趋势,又成为人民币国际化推进过程中的阻力。在机遇和挑战共存的新局势下,推进人民币国际化的新一轮战略部署,不仅在金融政策与市场走向方面有着重大意义,对中国发展战略的部署也有着重要的启示性作用。纵观人民币国际化的历史进程,聚焦当下推进人民币国际化存在的内外新难题,稳步推进人民币国际化需从贸易结构改善、外汇资产配置、普惠金融推动、数字人民币研发等方面做好部署。
Under the background of the instability of the global political and economic situation,great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment promoted by the internationalization of RMB.During the epidemic period in 2020,the international monetary system with the dollar as the core made its inherent irrationality,which brought opportunities for the RMB to step on the international stage,and the anti-globalization trend caused by the global economic recession became a resistance in the process of promoting the internationalization of the RMB.Exploring the new round of strategic deployment of RMB internationalization under the new situation of coexistence of opportunities and challenges is of great significance in financial policy as well as market trend and plays an important enlightening role in the deployment of China's development strategy.Throughout the historical process of RMB internationalization,focusing on the current internal and external problems in promoting RMB internationalization,steadily promoting the internationalization of the RMB needs to improve the trade structure improvement,foreign exchange asset allocation,inclusive financial promotion,digital RMB research and development.
