超滤装置化学清洗方法的研究

摘要 目前,在油田水处理中膜处理技术不断进步,应用越来越广泛。超滤装置就是膜处理技术的应用,在正常运行的过程中,超滤膜一定会被处理水中的无机物、有机物、微生物、胶体、大分子物质等污染,如果不及时清洗,出水流量将下降并影响出水品质,降低膜筒使用寿命。解决此问题最有效的方法是对膜定期进行化学清洗。所以研究一种化学清洗方法,采用柠檬酸、盐酸、碱、次氯酸钠对超滤装置进行清洗,并且根据跨膜压差的高低进行判断,制定清洗药剂的用量和浸泡时间,把跨膜压差从原来的0.3 MPa降低到0.1 MPa以内,膜通量从25 m^(3)/h提升到80m^(3)/h以上,保证产水率在50%~60%,对比2018年全年的电量水量,年成本节约了36.3万元,不仅满足了生产需求,还保证了出水水质的达标,同时还实现节能降耗的目的。 At present,the membrane treatment technology in oilfield water treatment has been continuously improved and applied more and more widely.Ultrafiltration device is the application of membrane treatment technology,in the normal operation of the process,ultrafiltration membrane will be treated in the water of inorganic substances,organic matter,microorganisms,colloid,macromolecular substances and other pollution,if not cleaned in time,the water flow will decline and affect the quality of water,reduce the service life of the membrane cylinder.The most effective way to solve this problem is to carry out chemical cleaning on the membrane regularly.So the chemical cleaning method,using citric acid,hydrochloric acid,alkali and sodium hypochlorite on the ultrafiltration device for cleaning,and according to pressure difference across the membrane in the judgement,the dosage of the chemicals for cleaning and soaking time,the transmembrane pressure difference from the original 0.3 MPa to 0.1 MPa,the membrane flux from 25m^(3)/h above the ascent to 80m^(3)/h,guarantee the water production rate was 50%~60%,compared to 2018 water power,cost savings for 363000 yuan,not only meet the production requirements,also to ensure the water quality standard,at the same time,it also realizes the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
