关于抽油机井变频调参节能管理的现场实践

摘要 随着变频设备在抽油机井上广泛应用,现场使用变频设备实施参数调整日益频繁,且节能效果比较明显。但是应用变频调小参数过程中,节电效果包含调小参数和变频节电两方面,为弄清楚变频设备在调小参数过程中节电效果,实施了同工况前提下,改变设备频率耗电量对比试验,得出变频设备在调小参数过程中频率越低越节能的认识。并通过此种方法,结合现场设备情况,指导现场调小参数工作,摸索出相对高效的调参方法,从而达到节能挖潜的目的。 With the wide application of frequency conversion equipment in pumping wells,the field use of frequency conversion equipment on parameter adjustment is increasingly frequent,and the energy saving effect is obvious.However,during the process of parameter reduction by frequency conversion,the power saving effect includes two aspects:parameter reduction and frequency conversion.In order to investigate the power saving effect of frequency conversion equipment in the process of parameter reduction,the comparative test of power consumption by changing equipment frequency is carried out under the same working condition.The results indicate that the lower the frequency is,the more energy-saving the inverter equipment is in the process of parameter reduction.Through this method,combined with the field equipment situation,we can provide guidance on parameter reduction on-site,and figure out a relatively efficient method of parameter adjustment,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
