超低浓度HPG在延长致密油藏的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了降低延长致密油藏压裂施工成本,针对致密油藏低孔、低渗、低压力等特点,室内从降低压裂液残渣和地层伤害的角度出发,通过系统评价开发出一套超低浓度胍胶压裂液体系。结果表明:该体系具有良好的耐温抗剪切性能、破胶性能,破胶液表面张力为24.51 mN/m,界面张力为0.784 mN/m,压裂液残渣含量为193 mg/L,岩心伤害率平均为21.21%。该体系在延长深层油藏进行了现场试验的4口井/5井层,试验井试油累计产油量比邻井提高29.04%,增产效果显著。超低浓度胍胶压裂液技术开发有效降低施工成本。 In order to reduce the cost of fracturing construction in Yanchang tight reservoirs,a set of ultra-low concentrations guanidine fracturing fluid system was developed through systematic evaluation in the room from the perspective of reducing fracturing fluid residues and formation damage in view of the characteristics of low porosity,low permeability,and low pressure in tight reservoirs.This system has good temperature resistance,shear resistance and glue breaking performance.The surface tension of the broken glue is 24.51 mN/m,the interfacial tension is 0.784 mN/m,the residual content of the fracturing fluid is 193 mg/L,and the core damage rate is 21.21%.The system has performed field tests on 4 wells/5 wells in the Yanchang deep reservoir.The cumulative oil production of the test wells has increased by 29.04%compared with the adjacent wells,and the production increase effect is significant.Development of ultra-low concentration guar gum fracturing fluid technology effectively reduces construction costs.
